FAQ

Q. Is any data sent to a server?

A. No. The app is designed to run entirely on-device. Recordings are saved to the Photos app (see the Privacy Policy for details).

Q. AR tracking is unstable

A. Use a well-lit area and slowly move the device while pointing at textured surfaces like floors or walls. Tracking may be unstable in the dark, with plain white walls only, or during fast movement.

Q. Recording is slow / stutters

A. Try lowering the resolution (1920×1080) and/or fps (24). If the model is heavy, switching to a lighter PLY can help.

Q. The video is not saved to Photos

A. Allow Photos access in iOS Settings:
Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos, then check GSCam’s permission.
